Zydron is a Vex Gate Lord and the boss of the story mission Eye of a Gate Lord.
History[]
Zydron once protected a large Vex gate in the Endless Steps[1] and was believed by Warlock scholars to have regulated Venus's transfer gates.[2]
The Guardian destroyed Zydron and brought its head to Queen Mara Sov and her brother Uldren Sov. They recovered Zydron's eye from his head and gave it back to the Guardian.[3] The Guardian charged the eye and used it to enter the Black Garden.[4]
