Venus is the second planet from the sun and will be a location present in the Destiny universe.

During the Golden Age, Venus was considered a "paradise",[1] and the world was colonized by humanity. During this time, Venus was home to a human scientific research settlement that is now in ruins, swallowed by jungle and falling into the Venutian ocean.[2][3]

Venus is also home to a massive Vex stronghold, a looming tower of geometric shapes that they vigorously defend.[2][3]

Inhabitants

Bungie has confirmed that there are "Combatants" on Venus.[4] The Vex are known to be present,[2][3] but it is unconfirmed at this time whether other combatants are as well.
