The Vault in The Tower is a storage unit where a player can store weapons, armor, and items.[1] The Vault is shared by all Guardians on a player's account, so it can be used to share loot between them.
In the Destiny Public Beta, 20 weapon slots, 20 armor slots, and 20 item slots were available.
