The Plan C is an Exotic Arc Damage Fusion Rifle that was originally a Y01 weapon. It starts off as a high-impact weapon, but with the with the perk, Plan C, By swapping to the weapon, it increases its equip speed and charge time dramatically. This weapon can be obtained by opening Exotic and Legendary Secondary Engrams or by playing the weekly Nightfall.

Fun Fact: True Vanguard used this weapon (along with Lord High Fixer) to compete in the Supremacy exhibition match. The only person to use a Fusion Rifle (I believe)

Ballistics Options:
Field Choke (More range and impact. Increased recoil.)
CQB Ballistics (Greatly reduced recoil. Significant penalty to range.)
Smart Drift Control (Predictable and controllable recoil. Penalty to range.)
1st Main Perk: Hip Fire (the weapon has bonus accuracy while firing from the hip.)
Changeable perks:
Accelerated Coils (Reduces weapon charge in exchange for slightly decreased damage.)
Hammer Forge (Improved range and accuracy.)
Perfect Balance (This weapon has extremely low recoil)
2nd Main Perk: Plan C (Charge and equip times are very short immediately after weapon swap.)

Now I'm trying to transition to always using a Sniper Rifle to using combinations, so when I started using this, I didn't really know how to use it. The times that I actually did it right is when I got the final perk to work, which made it easier for me to actually rack up kills. This weapon (if used right) can be a devastating weapon in a skilled player's hands. Average players or even some experienced players might not use it for the full extent which makes the weapon from great to just good. Now, I'm not saying that after you learn to use this weapon, you can be the top of your game. What I'm trying to say is that use it like a Special Weapon. We often use Special Weapons as Primary Weapons. It can be sometimes fun when you start racking up many kills, but then you'll often need a Special ammo crate nearby to help you, and if you're a shotgunner, you better hope that some Special ammo crate will just appear for you. The gun works when you use it like a Special Weapon, SO USE IT LIKE ONE, please.
