I really get what you're saying. You can definitely change the gun to make it a very stable weapon with decent range. I really only use the Zhalo because I can get long range kills while staggering the opponent at that range. If you are going to go with max stability weapon for this weapon, it will take off 8 bullets in the magazine (36-28 bullets), but the stability will compensate for fewer bullets, making it easier for you to hit them, let alone get headshots with it. The gun overall is just super good whether from short distance fights to medium and sometimes long range engagements. Sure, it isn't the best weapon to use in PvP, but the gun is probably one of the most consistent weapons to use in PvP, in my opinion.
