The Citadel is a Vex-controlled location on Venus. It is a massive structure that towers over the entire Ishtar Sink.[1] The Citadel can only be accessed by using a gravity lift located in The Juncture while completing the Wanted: Peekis, The Disavowed (Bounty) mission.
