Description

This template produces an item infobox. It will appear on the top right hand side of the article for the full site, and at the top of the article for the mobile site.

Syntax

Place the code below at the top of an article and fill out the required fields (see Field Descriptions).

Field Descriptions

Field Data Source Description
image Varies An image of the item that is automatically scaled to a maximum width of 250 pixels. If the item only has an icon, then use the icon field only. Please see Destiny Wiki:Image Policy before uploading images.
name In-Game & API Name of the item. Defaults to article name if none is provided.
type In-Game & API Type of item, such as Consumable, Mission Item, or Shader.
rarity In-Game & API The item's rarity. Usually distinguishable by the color of its icon or the UI when hovering over it.
manufacturer In-Game The item's manufacturer and/or faction.
class In-Game Guardian classes that can use the item. If not restricted, leave this field empty.
abilities In-Game Brief summary of effects and/or functionality of the item, if applicable. Only use this field if the item's abilities are unique (i.e. not a shader).
quality API Item's quality value.
tier API Item's tier value.
icon API and Bungie.net Armory Item's icon.
stack In-Game & API Maximum inventory stack for item.
transfer In-Game & API "True" or "False" as to whether this item can be transferred to the Vault.
collections In-Game Use "False" if the item is not reacquirable in Collections, otherwise use "True". If the item is not viewable in Collections, leave this field blank. Note: This only applies to Destiny 2.
action In-Game and API Default action for this item. If there are multiple actions, then this is the action that is executed by the same button/key that the player uses to "Interact" with in-game elements and is typically the same button used to dismantle certain items.
cooldown In-Game & API The time of the cooldown between consecutive uses of the item. Use hours, minutes, seconds, if applicable. If there is no cooldown, leave this field blank.
loot In-Game "Yes", "No", or "Unknown" as to whether this item has a chance to drop as a random completion reward or in the form of an engram with or without encryption from any general activity (i.e., drops that are not limited to only raids, vendors, or quests).
vendor In-Game The vendors, if any, from whom the item can be purchased.
price In-Game The price, if any, of the item along with any other requirements.
redeemcode Other A 9-character promotional code that can be redeemed towards the item on the official Bungie website. This field is not for single-use codes, such as Rockstar promo codes.
itemhash API Item's itemhash value. Creates a link to the Bungie.net Armory.
