I alphabetized the list. Unsure if shaders that start with the word 'The' should be under 'T' or under the next word in the title. I left them at 'T' for now. --Rlyehable (talk) 02:39, September 25, 2014 (UTC)
Who is coming up with some of these requirements? Battleowrn flame= 100 cruicble marks in a week? I don't think so, I have obtained 100 cruicble marks every week and not recieved this shader. The same for Gilgamesh which I acquired randomly from the crucible not from obtaining 100 vanguard marks. Again Lunar elergy I recieved as a random reward well after I first completed the summoning pits. Someone needs to check this information again.188.8.131.52 00:37, September 27, 2014 (UTC)
- A lot of those are probably not "requirements" as much as they're how someone randomly obtained it. Some shaders can be earned through definite means (redeemed codes, starting a Guardian, reaching level 20, etc.), but others are given randomly (for example, I did not receive Bloodpact upon reaching Vanguard rank 3, but I did receive it a long time later after completing a Vanguard Strike). Perhaps we should only list the definite methods. -- Vektor0 (talk) 17:41, September 28, 2014 (UTC)
Same here, farmed for the Revenant shader for days. I hit 100 pub events awhile ago and have yet to find it. Please fix the info if it's not confirmed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.108.40.206 (talk • contribs) 11:54, October 1, 2014 (UTC)
Seeing the shader as it exists in the inventory is nice, but I think it'd be better to see how it affects the armor. Any opinions on creating a new page - perhaps Shader/Gallery so it's a sub-page - that shows a picture of the shader on each guardian type? Then when clicking on the shader image on the existing page will redirect to the gallery page using an achor link.
Gathering the images wouldn't be too hard either. Sit in the Tower, look in the Roster and inspect people as they come and go. Screenshot as appropriate and upload the images as something like "Oracle 99 Hunter.jpg" (cropped to just the image of the guardian, not the extra columns of armor/weapon/etc.
- It wouldnt be a bad idea, but might be redundant with the external link to the shader previewer. It is more thorough and is a better method for previewing since appearance will vary by what armor you are wearing. KingFish307 (talk) 01:08, November 18, 2014 (UTC)
