Skolas, Kell of Kells was the Kell of the House of Wolves who rose to power during the rebellion against Queen Mara Sov of The Reef.[1] He is the boss of the story mission Queen's Ransom and Prison of Elders challenge Skolas's Revenge.

Originally, Skolas was a Captain in the House of Wolves.[1] In an attempt to placate the Nine for intruding on their territory, the Queen decided to send Skolas as a gift.[2] However, Skolas was somehow able to escape. He led the House of Wolves in an uprising against the Awoken, establishing himself as the House's new Kell and seeking to unite the other Houses under himself. He failed doing this, due to guardians. However, he was obsessed with the Vex, and went to the Valut of Glass seeking Vex tech. In the mission, "The World Ravager", he uses Vex tech to work in the Cidtal. He is then captured, and in Skolas's Revenge, he is killed by three Guardians in the Prision of Elderss.
