Raiden Flux is rewarded after completing the Story Mission Riptide on Titan as a Hunter. It will be one of three possible rewards alongside Lucky Pants and Mechaneer's Tricksleeves. Raiden Flux can also be obtained from Exotic Engrams. Can be purchased from Xur for 23 Legendary Shards.
