The Primeval Mind is a member of the Sol Progeny that guards the Black Heart in the Black Garden. It is the last Vex Minotaur you face in the Story Mission. Its appearance is different from the Sol Progeny and is similar to the Vex who make up the Precursors. It wields a Torch Hammer like the others, but this one fires blasts similar to a Cyclops's attack. It represents the past and the beginning of time. He is the Mind of the Vex programming, Sol Primeval.
