Postmaster

A Postmaster is a non-playable character who holds and delivers lost items and gifts to Guardians. Any gear of rare or higher quality that is not picked up by a Guardian will be held by the Postmasters the next time the Guardian goes to Orbit. Postmasters also serve as the delivery system for unique loot, such as pre-order bonuses.

All Postmasters in Destiny have equal and synchronized access to a Guardian's deliverables.
