Orobas Vectura is a Cabal Carrier located to the north of Firebase Hades in the Sunken Isles in the European Dead Zone.[1]

A Guardian infiltrated the carrier to assassinate Thumos and take over his command shuttle.[1]
Soon afterwards, the carrier was taken over by Bracus Zahn, an arms dealer.[2]
