Omnigul, the Will of Crota was an ascendant Hive Wizard and boss of the The Will of Crota Strike in Old Russia.[1] She returns in Shadowkeep as a Nightmare.
Biography[]
Omnigul was a disciple of Crota and attempted to assemble an army to awaken her master.[2]
She is first encountered in Fist of Crota, fighting against the Fallen. After sustaining some damage, she will retreat. She then attempts to destroy Rasputin in Siege of the Warmind. She fights the Guardian, but after sustaining damage, retreats into a sealed off room and summons various Hive reinforcements to deal with the guardian, including the Might of Crota. However, these efforts prove futile as the Guardian defeats all the Hive, and Omnigul flees the area, ending the attack on Rasputin.
A Fireteam later tracks her down in the Jovian Complex, trying to restore what remains of her master's army, and kills her.[3]
Events of The Dawning[]
Two years later, Omnigul undid her own death, once again amassing a Hive army at the Jovian Complex. Cayde-6 and Ikora Rey tasked a Fireteam with killing her once more.
Shadowkeep[]
Three years after her second death, Omnigul was revived yet again on the Moon as a Phantasm.
