Memory of Perun is a legendary artifact that can be equipped by all classes. It highlights enemy Guardians with fully-charged Super abilities in yellow and all enemies with low health in red.
When the artifact is placed in a Guardian's inventory for the first time, the quest Attune Memory of Perun is obtained. The artifact cannot be equipped until the quest is completed.
