Ice Breaker is an exotic sniper rifle which can be equipped by all classes at level 40. It can also be transferred between characters using the vault. Ice Breaker can be dismantled to generate upgrade materials.

Ice Breaker was re-released as a Year 3 version during the event "The Dawning". It has a chance to drop from the Nightfall and only the Nightfall.

Ice Breaker can be upgraded with the following set of perks:

Column 0

		Solar Damage
		This weapon causes Solar Damage.

		No Backpack
		Cannot be reloaded. Regenerates ammo over time.

		Infuse
		Consume a more powerful Weapon to boost the Attack value of this Weapon.

Column 1

		Accurized Ballistics
		More range and Impact. Increased recoil.

		Field Choke
		More range and Impact. Increased recoil.

		Linear Compensator
		More predictable recoil. Slight boosts to range and Impact. More recoil.

Column 2

		Mulligan
		Missing a shot has a chance to return ammo directly to the magazine.

Column 3

		Quickdraw
		This weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast.

		Lightweight
		When held, this weapon grants +2 character Agility.

		Snapshot
		Aiming this weapon is incredibly fast.

Column 4

		Ice Breaker
		Ice Breaker's victims spontaneously combust, dealing damage to others nearby.

Column 5

		Ornament: Dunemaker
		Applies an Ornament to this weapon.
