Mos Ardus IV, a rare hand cannon.
Hand Cannons are a class of handheld, revolver-like primary weapons which deal heavy damage to enemies.
Hand cannons can have magazines with cylinders that can hold three rounds to upwards of thirteen rounds. Heavier hand cannons (such as the Mos Ganon III) have a large shroud surrounding the barrel, where as most others have an extended barrel with a normal pistol grip.
However, cannons such as the Hawkmoon abandon this design, taking a unique grip and mounting an old-fashioned iron barrel. The Thorn has a unique design with rigid edges and large thorn like bullets.
Trivia
- In August of 2014, a buff was announced that would change magazine size of some hand cannons from 5 and 6 to 7 and 8 respectively.[1]
