Arcite 99-40, one of the robots in the Tower.
A frame is a non-player, non-enemy, ambient inhabitant found in the Tower.[1] Frames provide service functions to Guardians such as showing maps or item vending.[1] Arcus is an equipment manufacturer for Frames.
