The Destiny Public Beta is a free, open-to-all beta test of Destiny that will begin on July 17, 2014,[1] exclusively on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 platforms,[2] with Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms getting access in "late July."[3] The time period for the Beta, which was originally announced for "early 2014",[4] was pushed back to coincide with Destiny's delayed launch date.[5]
