Crucible Commendations are a currency introduced in The Dark Below. They were awarded to Guardians via Kadi 55-30 upon ranking up in Crucible or faction reputation and used in conjuction with Crucible Marks to purchase gear from the Crucible or faction vendors in the Tower.
Crucible Commendations are no longer obtainable and Crucible and faction vendors will not accept them. Existing Crucible Commendations can each be dismantled to provide a +250 boost to Crucible reputation.[1]
