Armor Perk

An upgrade is a trait on most equipment of at least uncommon rarity that must be unlocked with experience and then purchased with Glimmer and/or materials. Each rarity has more upgrades per armor type.

Weapon Upgrades

All non-basic weapons can be upgraded by earning experience with the weapon equipped. Upgrades may be different optics options, increased damage, or adjusted attributes. Some upgrades must be purchased with Glimmer, Weapon Parts, or other Materials.

Armor Upgrades

Title	Effect
Ashes to Asset	Replenish Super energy when you kill an enemy with a grenade.
Auto Rifle Ammo	Increase the amount of Auto Rifle ammunition you can carry.
Energy Projection	Increases grenade throw distance.
Incisive Maintenance	Causing damage with a melee attack reduces your grenade cooldown.
Innervation	Reduces grenade cooldown each time you pick up an Orb of Light.
Hand Cannon Ammo	Increases the amount of Hand Cannon ammunition you can carry.
Light the Blade	Causing damage with a grenade reduces your melee cooldown.
Pulse Rifle Loader	Increases the reload speed of Pulse Rifles.
Rain Blows	Increases melee attack speed.
Sniper Rifle Ammo	Increases the amount of Sniper Rifle ammunition you can carry.
Scout Rifle Ammo	Increases the amount of Scout Rifle ammunition you can carry.
Shotgun Ammo	Increases the amount of Shotgun ammunition you can carry.
Upgrade Defense	Increases Defense Power, allowing this armor to absorb more damage.
