Alzok Däl is a Hive Wizard that is one of the possible outcomes from a Reciprocal Rune.
Tactics
Alzok Däl spawns with Gornuk and Zyrok Däl. All three Wizards must be killed within approximately thirty seconds of each other or they will respawn.
