Time, is relative.
To those who dwell on the third planet away from the Sol, from the vast and near endless seas and oceans. According to the distance from the great Sol, time and its perception changes and adapts vastly. For the day, the brilliant sphere of flame spans from horizon to horizon, giving those who bask for its light their desires for moments. But as the Sol pulls away, it leaves behind the Void: the cold and the dark thing that causes those who seek the light to scurry and hide.
However on the closest planet, the Sol struggles with the Void at a seeming unending for years. One half of the planet is baked under the intensity of the light, while the other half freezes for a seeming eternity. It is a battle of both extremities at opposite ends of the planet. But the boundary that marks the light and the dark, is perhaps a spectacle that demonstrates the balance between the dark and the light.
Time's place between the Void and the Sol.
