Emerald Blight quest = complete.

(The Guardian lands within the Prison Complex, while Rarran grabs a cell and takes it a new arena, expanding off the complex. It speaks in a mechanized voice when Beriks comes over the comms.)

Beriks: The eye requests that you remove a killer Thrall...Within our prison, this..marauder, has been doing all too well against our other lessers. Remove it, yes?

(A door on the right opens this time, revealing infected rooms and pits of green, toxic energy: Should a Guardian fall in this, they will die. The room fills with Knights of a new brood, perhaps the Scarlet Brood, of Hive. The Fireteam goes through them quickly and keeps moving through the extensive rooms, fighting Hive.)

Beriks: You're quite mad, going to fight Slitrot...In the unfortunate event you die, your Ghost won't resurrect you...The buzzards will get to you first.

Ghost: Buzzards?

Syrianna: He means that these Hive, due to not being in the prescience of Light, have learned to feast on blood for sustenance. They really want some Light to eat, Guardian.q

(Overhead, in the next room, 6 Shriekers appear in a certain order. Guardians must murder all of these Shriekers in the order they appear, otherwise all of them will explode and the room will fill up with Hive Cursed Thralls. Once the puzzle is done, in the next room, a large arena is revealed.)

(The pre-boss is a Knight, Culerok, whose tactics I will elaborate on later. Once defeated, Slitrot appears. He is a blood-colored Thrall that levitates slightly off the ground, and 2 small Shriekers follow him wherever he goes. For the first part of the fight, you must destroy his 2 Shriekers, where he will be stunned for 5 seconds. He will fire bolts of Solar energy at Guardians and claw them whenever they get near him. Continue to 75% Health, where Slitrot will gain a sword from the middle of the large Arena. From here, Slitrot will start cursing Guardians, marked by a special message. Once cursed, Slitrot becomes invincible and Blind Thralls will swarm a Guardian and will murder them: If they die, the whole Fireteam wipes. To get uncursed, you must pass it on to Slitrot, who will get swarm by the Thralls and his shields will go down, leaving him exposed. He will kill the Thralls and go back to slashing Guardians with his sword and raising his 2 Shriekers. Rinse until death: Though, at 1%, Slitrot will become a Cursed Thrall and will make a desperate attempt to blow up a cursed Guardian. If he succededs, the team is dead. Keep in mind, this is only with a cursed Guardian: A non-cursed Guardian can die by Slitrot's suicide and the Fireteam will be fine.)

Beriks: Very nice, Lightwielders...You surprised Beriks, and the eye, indeed....Perhaps we could use you for more...removals?

Cyrus: Rewards for ya when you get back up, Guardian. Very impressive, I must say!

As Eris says, the Taken are not constrained by terrestrial powers. They can go wherever the hell they like. So, You could shove a Taken into a cell, but he'd warp away.

Ah, see, I thought that Oryx could simply make them appear anywhere, so my plan could work. No matter, though. How was the Firefight? Planning to make minor upgrades to dialogue. Something's come up, So I'm probably not going to post for at least tomorrow.

The firefight is pretty good, man. But, change Beriks' speech to be a little more like Variks'. Dismantle mines, yesss?

What do you think of the Emerald Blight Quest?

Pretty good, if you ask me! I like the idea of using Hive powers against them again, like we did with Thorn. Fits into the Frontier's resourceful style, you know?

As for the dialogue, that I shall do. Now that I read over it, it sounds like he suddenly had a spike in Englisn ability. I'ma edit it real quick, make it a bit better.

The thing fits with Thorn purposefully because it's a Weapon of Sorrow.

Right, I read the thing. Working on a quest for my favorite Frontier character, Syrianna Cayn. Mostly assembly her robotic ToWs for her sub-faction, the Syn Network.

I thought up a idea for a new Exotic. It's meant to be a supportive weapon.

So, how do you like it? Should I change anything? Give me some feedback!

I feel like that gun would be both hated and loved. Loved for of its use in PvE, where you could face swarms of enemies and come out without a scratch = ridiculously OP. Hated for the fact that in Raids, Strikes, and PvP, what if you're just running alone with this gun? People would potentially kick you because of dumb tethering. Imagine this scenario: you're doing a jumping puzzle in VoG or KF. You're just about to land that final jump, when the person behind you reloads his Medic, causing the tether to occur and decrease your mobility. Both you, him and the rest of the team fall off, because of a dumbly used effect. Or in Crucible, where you just joined a match in progress. One or two players on your team are running high agility builds. Then you come charging in, reloads your gun and causes these two players to get stuck on the ground. And don't get me started on the stats. Super high RoF but low impact, ok, I can deal with that. But having that much stability on a high RoF gun? No way. Reload is ok. Seriously, I say NO to this gun. Self-inflicted tether is not a good idea in any way, either change the effect or make it happen less often under different circumstances. The name is lame too. The Medic is too generic.
